"Lesedi" means "light" in SeTswana, a language from South Africa. But it can also mean "enlightenment" or "clarity".

With the support of my friends and family who admired my unique designs, my desire to share my creations grew stronger and stronger. Thus, the Le Sedi Collection was born - a brand that celebrates authenticity, creativity and the beauty of handcrafted art. Each piece I create is of personal meaning and carries the essence of LeSedi (light) within it.

I have a great love for people - for their unique characters and their imperfections. They are the inspiration for my work.

About me
My name is Kalindi...
and I grew up in Pretoria, the third largest city in South Africa. I have been living in Switzerland since 2019. Even as a child, I was fascinated by making jewelry. From humble beginnings of crafting with bead kits and art workshops that my parents let me attend during school holidays, my passion continued to develop and I experimented with other materials and techniques.
